Tom joined CODA Markets in 2024 as a lead Product Manager focused on Operations Infrastructure. In this role, Tom works with the management team to assist with aligning strategies, managing business priorities, and implementing proper operational infrastructure controls. In addition, Tom is a member of our OpsDesk team supporting our client community and execution services. Previously, Tom managed various Operations teams and contributed toward the successful launch of multiple electronic execution platforms. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from King’s College. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, attending concerts & sporting events, and spending time with his family. He holds FINRA Series 7 and SIE licenses.

Chris joined the electronic trading industry in 2018 at SpeedRoute LLC, where he developed expertise in custom smart routing strategies and trading economics. In early 2025, he transitioned to CODA Markets to focus on enhancing routing decisions and optimizing trading costs. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and was a member of the tennis team. Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, playing tennis, and spending time with his family. He holds FINRA Series 7, 57, and 66 licenses.

Marc joined CODA Markets in 2015 as Head of Trading Operations. In this role, Marc is responsible for the monitoring and support of the trading system and connectivity to member firms and exchanges. In addition, Marc works with the Sales and Accounting teams in identifying improved routing strategies and connectivity costs. Previously, Marc worked as an Operations Specialist with JLS Group at the Chicago Board of Trade. He received his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University. Outside of work, Marc enjoys golfing, fishing and skiing with his family. He holds a FINRA Series 7 license.

Jason joined CODA Markets in 2015. As the Director of Execution Services, Jason builds and maintains CODA’s custom routing strategies and downstream relationships. Jason is also actively involved in the Security Trader’s Association of Chicago as the current Vice President and founder of the Young Professionals group for students and industry professionals under 30. Jason studied Finance and Economics at Colorado State University and DePaul University. Outside of work, Jason likes to hunt, fish, and other outside activities. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses.

Upon joining CODA 12 years ago, Joe has been at the forefront of the ATS’s auction products, such as CODA Fuse, while enabling customizable trading solutions for all customers. Bringing with him his previous equities experience in both buyside and sellside roles, Joe drives innovation at the CODA Markets ATS with his understanding of market dynamics and a passion for leveraging technology to strive for best execution. Joe received his Bachelor of Economics and Finance degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing hockey, tending to his chickens, and spending time with his family. He holds FINRA Series 7, 99, and 63 licenses.

Ryan is Chief Operating Officer of CODA Markets, where he oversees trading operations, market connectivity, and strategic execution while helping drive the firm’s growth and business development initiatives. With over a decade of experience in U.S. equity markets, he specializes in algorithmic trading, smart order routing, direct market access, liquidity capture, and market microstructure. Ryan works closely with broker-dealer clients, liquidity providers, and technology partners to deliver scalable & bespoke execution solutions. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, and traveling. He holds FINRA Series 7,24,57,66, and 99 licenses.
